Q1 What are the benefits of doing this program in your company?

It’s very convenient to do regular exercise, no hassle to go to gym or studio after work. I think its already become a habit for many of us.
Also I think that the communication can be taken outside of work with people of other departments through workouts.

Q2 Are there any changes in the mental or physical health condition?

I have had no stiff shoulders, no painful lower back, loosened by yoga movement for the last few months.

I have never had a cold since I started exercise, that really makes me feel powerful and happy everyday in my life.

Q3 What do you think of Instructor?

She always tells us not to force ourselves to do some moves if they not comfortable for us.

Her style is that workouts should be very safe, easy, mindful and Fun!

And she has a good knowledge about bones, muscles, injuries, yoga history,

mindfulness and diversity.
